Hi! I’m Emma, a screenprinter and comic artist.

My work examines and critiques representations of disabled and neurodivergent bodies in art, literature and film, particularly focusing on the romanticisation of suffering, disabled bodies in horror, and in domestic relationships. My work is auto ethnographical, a re-telling of my own story, fragmented and changed in order to articulate pain, both emotional and physical. It captures the essence of my personal trauma and adds to the broader story of shared traumas among women, neurodivergent and disabled communities.
